Keystone’s Market Ready Pre-Listing Inspection is meticulously designed to help sellers anticipate and address potential surprises before officially going live on the market.
During this evaluation, we inspect the property just as from a buyer’s perspective, identifying any potential issues that could delay or completely derail a sale process. This thorough assessment gives sellers a valuable opportunity to make necessary repairs or disclose any defects upfront, which in turn builds buyer confidence and significantly reduces the likelihood of last-minute negotiations.
Overall, it’s a smart and strategic way to list your property with fewer hiccups and enhanced leverage in the negotiation process, so you can get the most money out of your home and to not get hung up during the buyer’s home inspection process.

11-Month Builders Warranty Inspection
An 11-month builder's warranty inspection is crucial for homeowners nearing the end of their one-year warranty. This inspection identifies defects that have arisen since completion, allowing homeowners to address issues with the builder before the warranty expires.
A qualified inspector evaluates the foundation, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and overall structural integrity, revealing potential safety and functionality problems. Common issues include roofing defects (missing shingles, leaks), plumbing concerns (leaks, pressure issues), electrical problems (outdated wiring, faulty outlets), structural flaws (cracks, uneven floors), and HVAC performance (inefficient airflow). Scheduling this inspection safeguards your investment and provides peace of mind.

By identifying potential issues at this stage, we can help ensure your home or building is constructed to the highest standards, saving you time and money on costly repairs or adjustments down the road. This inspection provides peace of mind that your property is on track for a safe and durable finish.

This inspection provides a detailed report outlining any observed concerns and recommendations for maintenance, repair, or further evaluation if needed. A solid foundation is key to the longevity of any property, and this inspection helps ensure your investment is built on stable ground.
